Projects that occur on our platform are usually completed succesfully, with minimal disputes between the Clients and Talents. However, if something goes wrong, our team at Hust will assist with the dispute resolution process.

No, our client and talents' interests are protected on our platform, and we are not able to guarantee that if you choose to transact offline. Additionally, we have set filters in our in-app messaging to prevent client and talents from transacting offline.

We charge a 10% markup on the fees on the clients' side. This markup include platform fees and other administrative fees that is factored in for your convenience.
