From Classroom to Boardroom

The idea for Hust was conceived when the founders noticed that many students in their final years of tertiary education lacked the necessary experience and skill to secure their desired jobs after graduation. Coincidentally, business owners and employers expressed frustration with the resources they invested in the hiring process, yet still struggled to find the right talent for their organizations.

To address this disconnect, Hust was born - a skills-based matching platform connecting businesses with innovative and tech-savvy tertiary students who are up-to-date with the latest trends and able to provide fresh perspectives and solutions to real world problems.

We present a win-win solution; tertiary students are able to earn by using and refining already gained skills from their academic discipline and interests to build their portfolios, while businesses benefit from access to a pool of talented students who bring new ideas and skills to the table.
